Victor co-founded S2G Ventures, widely regarded as the top food and agriculture investment fund in the United States, and was a principal force in developing the S2G mission, culture, strategy, and team. He pioneered systems investing as a strategy for investing into food and agriculture. Victor led the S2G investments into Beyond Meat and sweetgreen — two sector-defining brands with the most successful IPOs in food in the past decade — and Apeel Science, a groundbreaking biotech company declared a unicorn by Forbes in 2021.

Victor is Founder and Chairman of FoodShot Global, a 501(c)(3) blended capital investment platform of equity, debt, and grants with 25 of the leading funds, banks, foundations, universities, corporations, and non-profits seeking to join him on his mission to transform the food system. FoodShot’s GroundBreaker Prize is one of the largest prizes in the US for food and agriculture.

He serves as Executive Chairman of the childhood development company Tiny Organics. He is Senior Strategic Advisor to the biotech company Mori. He also serves on the boards of platform biotech companies Kiverdi/Air Protein and Digestiva.
